By using Tordoa you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tordoa in any way you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use the platform.
02. Use of Platform
Tordoa is a rental marketplace that connects landlords and renters. You may use the platform to post rental listings, create renter profiles, and connect with other users. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tordoa.
03. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Tordoa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
04. Listings and Profiles
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listings and renter profiles. All listings must be for real properties that you have the right to rent. Renter profiles must contain truthful information about the renter. Tordoa does not verify all listing or profile information and is not responsible for inaccurate content.
05. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false or misleading listings or profiles, harass or intimidate other users, use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to circumvent our security measures, scrape or copy data from the platform, or use Tordoa to discriminate against any protected class.
06. Disclaimers
Tordoa is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a tenant or a home through our platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of landlords or renters on or off the platform.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law Tordoa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
08. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Tordoa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
